Collecting CVs of those willing to work and contacting selected individuals.
Verification of candidates’ eligibility, matching to vacancy.
Presentation of proposals to selected candidates, verification (in terms of legitimacy) of candidates’ availability and possibility of arrival.
Legalisation process for selected candidates if they do not have all residence permits. Then making a final offer to the candidates (negotiation).
The next step is to select the candidate and notify the other candidates of the decision.
