Our main objective is to find suitably qualified people outside Poland who will fit the company’s requirements and culture. We search for candidates outside Poland as well as among our internal employee base.

01 Declaration of a vacancy

Discuss and elaborate with the employer on the details of the candidate sought: form of employment, salary, job description, advantages of the employer or housing conditions, etc.

Ad placement and direct serch (direct) recruitment, including Jobspot’s internal database, FB campaigns.

Collecting CVs of those willing to work and contacting selected individuals.

Verification of candidates’ eligibility, matching to vacancy.

Presentation of proposals to selected candidates, verification (in terms of legitimacy) of candidates’ availability and possibility of arrival.

Legalisation process for selected candidates if they do not have all residence permits. Then making a final offer to the candidates (negotiation).

The next step is to select the candidate and notify the other candidates of the decision.
